By accessing this website or engaging AdGuru Digital Marketing Agency for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide digital marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, branding, creative design, website development, lead generation and Google Business Profile optimisation. The exact scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, required access and approvals in a timely manner, and to ensure that all content you supply is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Payments
Service fees and advertising budgets are agreed in advance. Monthly retainers are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from our service fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, creatives and materials produced by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership of the delivered creatives transfers to the client. Our brand assets and internal frameworks remain our property at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
Digital marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, budget and platform policies. We work to deliver the best possible outcomes but do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking or lead volume. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Refund Policy
Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before work begins, any advance paid is refundable after deducting applicable administrative charges. Advertising spend already consumed on platforms cannot be refunded.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with prior written notice. On termination, all outstanding dues for completed work become immediately payable, and account access shared for campaign management will be handed back.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and takes effect immediately on publication.
